We only have the highest praises for Ilona and her staff. The reception that she created for our daughter's wedding was splendid in every way and was everything we hoped for and more. We received many favorable comments from those attending, who were very impressed with the the menu and all the attention to detail. The overflowing hors d'oeuvres table, delicious and unusual dinner, and delectable desserts..pure genius!
We appreciated your knowledgeable help in putting together not only such an appealing menu of fresh California products, but also such a varied selection of dishes and the presentation of all your culinary efforts were extremely attractive. It was such a pleasure to work with you and your friendly staff of servers. Everything went like clock-work, just as planned, in a word "perfect".

They do a great presentation, and any time Ilona has ever set her mind to doing any business , she pulls it off without a hitch and usually impacts any industry she is involved in. As a devoted foodie and slow food advocate, I take the preparation, origination and presentation of my food very seriously. I want each dish to be fresh, wholesome, delicious and clean, meaning organic and responsibly produced. I have been served raw dishes in the past and found them to be lacking in imagination and flavor and so with that experience, was less than excited about trying more – especially a raw chocolate velvet brownie cake.
Much to my delighted surprise, Chef Cheytan’s decadent creation was an absolute adventure in flavor and texture, not one bit dry, no off flavors, no bizarre after taste. I especially appreciated the skillful layering of flavors which harmonized beautifully while still allowing one to savor the distinct flavor and texture of each ingredient. I would choose this raw brownie over any baked variety and look forward to trying more raw dishes from Agape Feast.
