Cooking Classes - for Mindful Eating - Fresh, Wild, Pasture, Raw, Grilled and Vegan Cuisines

Chef Ilona WoodOur passion for nutritious, beautiful whole foods and the interest expressed by our customers has inspired us to offer a monthly series of cooking classes. While we have always offered private cooking classes and cooking class parties, this series provides an opportunity for people to learn new techniques and taste their success at the end of each class.

Our monthly classes are fun and informative, providing you with hands on instruction from the dynamic mother daughter duo Ilona and Cheytan Wood. Learn how to use beautiful and healthy ingredients to YOUR best advantage!

raw cooking class, santa cruz caDuring each class you will first create, then enjoy a scrumptious four course dinners that are made using NO gluten or sugar, using only organic grass fed and wild ingredients - local when possible - all perfectly paired with the appropriate wine or sake. One special class will feature a very special six course French cuisine appreciation class.

MENU: Cucumber asparagus gazpacho with mint and avocado, Angel hair zucchini pasta with young coconut kefir cilantro sauce with basil and marinated red onion and bell pepper, Exotic sashimi plate; oyster with uni, quail egg yolk,and a handmade ginger fresh wasabi soyu, raw crunchy zucchini almond rolls served with raw tamari, and a ginger horse radish sauce and for Dessert - a raw lemon goat cheese cake with stevia and macadamia nutsThis amazing raw cuisine class and dinner is $85.00 each, per person
