Meet, greet and EAT! Chef Ilona and Chef Cheytan will be preparing food to go; Raw, Vegan 100% organic meals, snacks and desserts PLUS seared wild fish and much more, available fresh 3 days per week in the courtyard of the Food Bin at 1130 Mission Street in Santa Cruz, from 12:30 to 8:30 dates and times subject to change call (831) 706-0933 for more information.
All of the food prepared is 100% organic, from the apple cider vinegar, olive oils, herbs and spices to the fruits, vegetables, wild fish and grass fed meats to the sweeteners - no agave nectar is used, but rapadura, stevia and zyletol. Menu items include Organic Baby Gems Cesar salad either vegan or made with TLC Ranch organic, free range eggs, Summer Salad Spectacular with organic Baby Gems Romaine, herbs, sunflower sprouts, heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers and options such as organic goat cheese, hemp seeds and seared wild salmon. Try the plates, seared spice encrusted wild sable fish or seared wild salmon served with quinoa and basil oil drizzled sauteed greens. Kale wraps are a vegan favorite with veggies, avocado and a tahini dip and the cold spring asparagus gazpacho with avocado is not to be missed. Try the Kitchari with fresh coconut cream or the wild halibut ceviche with sprouted corn tortillas then move on to dessert! Gluten free treats such as the cultured oats and arrowroot scones with coconut, seasonal fruit and orange, chocolate chip banana hazelnut cookies, lime mouse parfait and chocolate parfait. We have a passion for creating recipes with integrity, using the highest quality ingredients in a way that reaps the maximum nutritional benefits without sacrificing flavor. Our desire to create amazing flavorful dishes whether they are raw vegan desserts or our gluten free vegan baked chocolate chunk banana hazelnut cookies lead us on a journey that became Agape Feast. Our passion extends to the care that is taken in the preparation of our entrees…we are dedicated to use all organic when possible, wild fresh fish, game and grass fed meats.
All of our vegan and vegetarian foods are prepared in a separate kitchen. We germinate our grains, seeds and nuts, culture our flour and dairy and simmer our stocks 12 to 24 hours. Using traditional classic techniques artfully combined with modern trends gives us the ability to create food that is not only good for you, but looks amazing, smells fresh and has delightful flavor.
Since we specialize in all cuisines, we will help you create a menu that is stylized for your personal event using not only the location and seasonal cues but also the cuisine and flavors you most enjoy. Your selection of foods types for catering styles are limited only by availability, we select the best available ingredients for your style; raw vegan, vegetarian, wild fresh fish and game, grass feed meats, organic poultry and game bird.
